Dr. Zac Lujan

Dr. Zachary “Zac” Lujan grew up in Hazelton, Iowa, and graduated from Oelwein High School. He went on to attend the University of Iowa, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance. During his time in Iowa City, Dr. Zac played rugby for the university, and it was through his experience as an athlete that his interest in health, performance, and the body’s ability to heal first began to grow.

Dr. Zac’s personal introduction to chiropractic care came after a low back injury left him unable to stand upright for several days and even affected his digestion. After experiencing a full recovery through chiropractic care, he knew he wanted to help others experience that same kind of life-changing improvement. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2011 and has spent his career helping patients with concerns such as lower back pain, neck pain, hip pain, injuries, mobility challenges, and whole-body wellness.

Since becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Zac has continued to pursue advanced natural approaches to healing, function, and long-term health. He has completed specialized training in Cranial Facial Release, an advanced endonasal, balloon-assisted cranial technique focused on supporting cranial mobility, structural balance, breathing, sinus function, headaches, sleep quality, and nervous system function. Dr. Zac also enjoys reaching the community through radio shows, where he shares practical insight into natural health and chiropractic care.

Dr. Zac and his wife, Dr. Jena Lujan, a gifted chiropractor in her own right, are proud to serve Manchester and the surrounding communities. While Dr. Jena is currently focused on raising, guiding, and educating their young children, she continues to bring her passion for natural health and chiropractic principles into their family life. Together, the Lujan family is committed to helping individuals and families break through barriers and reach a level of health they may not have thought was possible.
